What is the best way to care for my Tilt Dancewear? Machine wash cold and line dry.

Do you offer Gift Certificates? Yes, contact jan@tiltdancewear.com.

What kind of payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards... Amex, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.

What will happen if my order is not in stock? We will contact you immediately to let you know that your desired item is on back order and when to expect your delivery.

How do I cancel or change my order? If you decide you would like to cancel or change your order please contact jan@tiltdancewear.com or tricia@tiltdancewear.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to help you.  However, if your order has already been shipped we will not be able to change or cancel it.  

How soon will my order be shipped? All in stock orders will ship within 2 business days from the date of purchase pending credit card authorization.

Do you offer free shipping if I spend a certain amount? Yes, we offer free shipping for all orders $100 and over.

Will I receive a tracking number for my shipment? Yes, we will send you a USPS tracking number via email once your items have been shipped.

What is your return/exchange policy? Please visit our Returns and Exchanges page for our policy.

Can I return an item that was purchased at a convention? Once the convention is over the items purchased are Non-refundable.
