Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your Tilt purchase! If you are not pleased with your purchase please return it for a refund or an exchange..
- If you have a return or exchange contact Tilt via email within 7 days of receiving your purchase. (All orders between November 15th and December 24th will have until January 10th to return or exchange).
- Returns and exchanges are accepted as long as the items are unworn, unwashed, and still tagged.
- If the item is soiled, worn, laundered, damaged (including deodorant stains, freshening sprays, or perfume), or without tags, it will not be returnable or exchanged.
- Refunds will be given in the original form of payment.
- No returns on final sale items.
- All shipping & handling fees are non refundable unless items are damaged or defective. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred. If items are lost in the mail or damaged upon return, customer is still responsible for all charges.
- Any Tilt products returned without a notification email will not be processed.
- Tilt has the right to refuse any returns.
What to do
- Contact email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your dancewear if you would like to make a return or exchange.
- Returns and exchanges will be processed within 15 days of your purchase.
- Please include original packing slip.
- You will be notified via email once merchandise has been received and return process was approved for refund or exchange.
- For exchanges the shipping fees will be charged to the credit card used for your original purchase.
